Whether you're coaching an athlete, a first responder, or someone taking the first step toward better health, you'll help people move better, perform better, and feel their best.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Performance Coach, you will:

  • Lead engaging small-group strength and conditioning sessions.

  • Coach movement quality, technique, and proper load selection.

  • Progress and regress exercises based on each member's ability and goals.

  • Create a safe, energetic, and welcoming training environment.

  • Build meaningful relationships that encourage long-term success.

  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and fellow coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience.

  • Continue developing your coaching skills through mentorship and ongoing education.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred).

  • CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT, ACSM, USAW, or comparable certification.

  • Experience coaching strength and conditioning, sports performance, or functional fitness.

  • CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain).
