OverviewIl Premio is seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of both Il Premio, our fine-dining Italian steakhouse, and Bar Premio. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for elevated service, team development, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
This position will work closely with the AGM, General Manager, culinary leadership, and beverage team to ensure seamless operations across both concepts. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to lead from the floor, uphold luxury service standards, coach and develop team members, and maintain a strong presence during service.
The successful candidate is not simply a manager who completes administrative tasks. We are looking for a strong hospitality leader who is comfortable being on the floor, leading by example, holding the team accountable, and ensuring every guest receives a polished and memorable experience. This person should be proactive, detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about developing people and maintaining high standards.
