Our service team is expected to deliver an exceptional omakase experience through attention to detail and refined, professional service. We're looking for a poised, detail-driven Assistant Sommelier who is responsible for assisting the sommeliers with the wine and beverage program development, greeting and welcoming guests, as well as coordinating and overseeing service with the chef team.
