Job description

Amyx is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to join our Dept. of Defense client at Scott Air Force Base in O'Fallon, IL.


  • This position requires the ability to support software development and Agile delivery activities.
  • Supports Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and documentation.
  • Coordinates software development support and testing activities.
  • Assists with tool configuration and reporting
  • Software development support: configure/operate/maintain program support tools; assist software license management; analyze help desk tickets; support ad hoc reporting; research HW/SW solutions; support testing of upgrades; coordinate with orgs to address engineering issues; support interoperability certification/assessment processes.
  • Agile development management: support agile delivery processes; organize ceremonies and processes; manage backlogs; gather stakeholder feedback; update requirements tools/workflows; support test/validation/verification activities.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Required:

  • Secret Clearance.

Desired:

  • Experience leading multi-team Agile execution (ceremonies, backlog health, stakeholder feedback loops).
  • Experience producing “technical artifacts” (position papers/specifications) consistent with task order expectation.
  • One of the following desertification: SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP
