Job Description
Valey Forge Casino is seeking a Slot Supervisor for our Overnight 3rd shift. The successful candidate will provide friendly, courteous and efficient guest service and ensure a prompt response to all guests' needs. This position supervises the Casino Beverage team in addition to the Slot Attendants.
  • Adhere to all department and property policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information regarding our guests.
  • Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance
  • Through teamwork with others, ensure great guest service and prompt response to guests' needs at all times
  • Assure that the slot machines are operating properly and that all jackpot payoffs are executed in a timely manner according to company policy
  • Verify, process, and authorize jackpot payouts
  • Support and assist Slot Attendants and Beverage personnel on the Casino Floor
  • Other various duties as assigned by the Slot Manager.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One-year slot experience or prior slot experience
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills for both internal and external guests.
  • Ability to count money and make change.
  • Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Supervisory skills, preferred but not required.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
  • Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image
  • Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Be able to work in a smoke filled casino environment with loud noises and lights.
  • Must be able to obtain required licenses.
