Slot Machine Technician

Looking for a hands-on tech career that's anything but ordinary? Step into the fast-paced world of casino technology at Tioga Downs. We're hiring Slot Machine Technicians to keep our cutting-edge slot machines and gaming systems running at peak performance.

If you enjoy troubleshooting electronics, working with computers, and being on your feet in an energetic environment—this is your chance to turn those skills into a career.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
  • Install, move, and configure gaming machines across the floor
  • Support and maintain slot monitoring and network systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (computers, displays, networks)
  • Accurately complete gaming logs and regulatory documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
  • Use a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment (hand tools, power tools, meters, and more)

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with electronics, computers, and technical systems
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, high-energy environment

Physical & Work Environment

  • Active role: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout shifts
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more)
  • Work takes place around active gaming equipment in a lively, high-noise casino environment
