What You'll Do
As a Slot Technician I, you'll play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our gaming floor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, relocate, maintain, and repair slot machines and gaming equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and maintain repair records
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming equipment to the component level
  • Respond quickly to machine malfunctions and technical issues
  • Assist with slot machine conversions and new game installations
  • Partner with Slot Operations and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Investigate slot variances and help resolve technical concerns
  • Maintain and secure all company-issued equipment including keys, radios, and handheld devices
  • Assist guests with machine-related questions and provide outstanding customer service
  • Attend required trainings and stay current on gaming procedures and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One (1) year of Slot Technician or related technical experience preferred
  • Electronics or PC technical degree/certification preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience using smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology
  • Knowledge of slot systems and gaming equipment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical software
