As the Unit Secretary, you’ll play an essential role behind the scenes, coordinating clerical activities and supporting nurses, providers, patients, and other members of the healthcare team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and have a talent for keeping things organized, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the focal point of communication for the Emergency Room nursing unit.
  • Coordinate clerical activities with nursing, professional, general, and support services.
  • Help ensure information flows efficiently between members of the healthcare team.
  • Provide dependable administrative and clerical support to keep daily operations organized.
  • Assist with duties that support patient care, safety, and an efficient Emergency Room environment.
  • Perform other duties incidental to the work described above.
