If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a positive first impression, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while being part of a mission-driven team dedicated to changing lives.

Join a collaborative team where kindness, organization, and clear communication make a meaningful difference every day.

You won't just answer phones or greet visitors—you'll help create an environment where people feel supported from the moment they walk through our doors. As a Receptionist at Addictions Recovery Center (ARC), you'll be an essential part of a team that helps individuals and families access life-changing care with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate client records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

This role is part of a collaborative team where compassionate service, clear communication, and strong organization help people feel welcomed, informed, and connected to care.

If you take pride in helping others and creating positive first impressions, your work will help ensure every client begins their recovery journey feeling respected, supported, and valued.
