Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Nursery Associate to join our dedicated team. If you love the outdoors, enjoy working with plants and people, and thrive in a team-driven, creative environment—this might be the perfect role for you.

A Day in the Life:
You’ll start your day by checking in with the team and helping get the nursery ready—watering, staging plants, and making sure everything looks its best. Throughout the day, you’ll interact with guests, answer plant care questions, restock material, and keep the nursery organized. You may help unload deliveries, tidy displays, or assist with staging plant rentals. Every day is different, but you'll leave having made the space greener and customers happier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide plant care guidance with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Assist with plant selection, inventory restocking, and labeling
  • Maintain plant health through watering, pruning, and pest monitoring
  • Unload and receive plant deliveries and update inventory displays
  • Ensure the nursery stays clean, safe, and visually appealing
  • Support special projects, plant rentals, or events (as needed)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in retail, landscaping, customer service, or nurseries is a plus—but not required
  • Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, or monsoon weather
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and open to learning
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of desert plants or interest in sustainable landscaping
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Passion for design, art, or landscape architecture is a plus
