What does an assistant roaster do?

An Assistant Roaster helps with the coffee roasting process by preparing green coffee beans, monitoring roasting equipment, and assisting in quality control. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to learn are valuable soft skills in this role. These skills ensure consistent product quality, workplace safety, and smooth collaboration in a fast-paced coffee production environment.
