Vigilante Coffee is looking for a qualified & dedicated team member to join our production team in Hyattsville, MD. Our company was founded in 2012 with a focus on high quality sourcing & roasting, environmental sustainability and creating positive impacts within our local & global communities. Our East Coast production & roasting team is a small & nimble team of talented coffee professionals who you'd be working alongside.

Your role will be ensuring our online/wholesale customers receive a world class coffee experience through accurate roasting & preparation of their shipments and communication with your team & our customers. Our team works Monday-Friday. Main tasks include roasting, bagging up beans, preparing boxes for shipment, helping maintain equipment, coffee tastings, and much more! Since we source our coffees directly and roast on both coasts of the United States (San Diego & Hyattsville), we are in a unique position to bring an unparalleled coffee experience to our communities.

Starting pay is: $20-$23/hr depending on prior experience
