We provide sales, leasing, service, parts, and riggings for cranes, concrete pumps, and other heavy equipment throughout Arizona, California, Guam, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. Not only has the Mardian family been in this business for three generations, but the personnel here have more combined experience than ANY other crane or concrete pump company in the Southwest! Our Corporate Office is located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. The MHOLDING Co family includes Marco Crane & Rigging, Mardian Concrete Pumping, Mardian Equipment, Marco Rigging, Mardian Transport, and Technology Testing.

POSITION SUMMARY: The sales & marketing coordinator is an important member of a company’s sales team. By supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company, they contribute to achieving sales targets. Although they do not have responsibility for selling, sales coordinators play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force. Sales coordinators require excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

Hourly Rate: 25.00 – 27.00 / per hour

Position is IN OFFICE

JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • The Sales coordinator will provide support to the Sales Managers, Dispatch, and Field Representatives.
  • Handling quotes through email and checking for correct pricing, discounts, and equipment.
  • Enter quotes into the On-Line Quote System
  • Per the Sales Representatives' direction, prepare quotes
  • Credit Card Pre-authorizations when needed
  • Purchase order management
  • Assist in credit card receipts for sales representatives
  • Communication between Sales and Dispatch
  • Answering phones when needed
  • Assist in management orders for scheduling
  • Setting up job checks
  • Process and review for accuracy of lost sales report.
  • Creating and maintaining sales reports.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling for sales staff
  • Maintaining and creating sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of department policies and procedures.
  • Assist with completion of call reports.
  • Assist in monthly sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Ensure that coordinate with Sales Manager on marketing, social media and websites.
  • Maintain current memberships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

· Play an active role in the development of the safety culture, making safety a natural part of all work performed.

· Identify and report safety concerns.

· Follow all safety policies and procedures.

· Perform assigned duties in a safe manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School diploma (or GED) plus any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of this position.

· 2 Years of Relevant Experience

· Experience with clerical practices is s must

· Possess excellent communication skills

· Work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

· Ability to demonstrate cooperative behavior with Sales, Service, Rental Departments, fellow colleagues, and managers

· Great organizational skills

· Possess physical ability to perform phone conversations (normal speaking and hearing)

· Experience with software, computers, and office equipment

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Willingness to take a drug and alcohol test as well as a background check.

*Knowledge of:

· Knowledge of industry, must be able to use consistent exercise of discretion and judgement;

· Proper use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; basic mathematics; legal and proper telephone etiquette and techniques; standard office software applications; standard office equipment;

· Application of data processing in the maintenance of records and reports;

· Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access) tools is essential;

· Knowledge of how to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

*Skill and Ability To:

· Work intellectually in character in order to exercise independent decision making;

· Accurately type a minimum of 40 words per minute;

· Accurately and timely keep up with “to-dos”;

· Perform research and report results;

· Read and apply rules, regulations, and proofread material, and make necessary corrections;

· Work cooperatively and effectively with Management, staff, and the public;

· Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
