Job Description 

EIG, as part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our vibrant team in Surprise, AZ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with experienced tradespeople to assemble, install, and support a variety of structural and mechanical systems. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assemble and install Hilti MT systems according to project specifications 

  • Install cable tray systems and route cable inside trays with clean, organized workmanship 

  • Assist with installation of Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) 

  • Assist with installation of interior metal panel sheathing 

  • Support electrical equipment installation including gantry crane operation, rigging, layout, equipment anchoring, and installation of interconnecting bussing 

  • Perform general construction tasks such as measuring, cutting, fastening, and material handling 

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area 

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards 

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly preferred 

  • Ability to read basic drawings, follow instructions, and work with hand and power tools 

  • Comfortable working at heights, on lifts, and around heavy equipment 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices 

  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks 

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
