Heaton Erecting is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our business development, estimating, and operations teams as we continue growing throughout Georgia and the Southeast.
This is not a traditional administrative support position.
You will work directly with sales professionals, estimators, project managers, field leaders, operations personnel, and customers to help move opportunities from initial inquiry through project execution.
Your work will help support commercial, industrial, and structural steel projects while providing exposure to multiple areas of the construction business.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, project coordination, or construction administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
