We're seeking a results-driven leader to oversee Records and Information Governance (RIG) operations across multiple client sites nationwide. This hybrid role ensures consistent implementation of firm-wide RIG initiatives, drives operational excellence, and fosters strong client relationships.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage RIG teams and operations across multiple offices.

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Director to achieve revenue goals, control costs, and deliver exceptional client service.

  • Develop and implement training programs to support staff performance, engagement, and professional development.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client operational issues and relationship management.

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures, oversee site or process audits, to ensure compliance with firm implemented IG policies.

  • Prepare monthly reports and assist with annual business reviews.

  • Support recruiting efforts and drive onboarding plan for new hires.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in Records & Information Management (RIM) or IG, preferably in a legal environment but all professional organizations considered

  • Experience: 5+ years of direct supervisory experience

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to write SOPs and share best practices.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RIM/IG software (FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, iCompli) and Document Management Systems (iManage, NetDocs).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

  • Ability to travel as needed; both regionally and nationally

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs

The Compensation range for this role is up to 90,000.00 per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
