Job description

At Intuit, we help over 100 million people and businesses around the world feel more confident about their money. We are the proud makers of TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp. Our mission is to power prosperity around the world. We do this by staying customer-obsessed and using data and AI to solve the biggest financial challenges for our customers.

The Legal Solutions & Strategy team is looking for a  Senior Technical Data & AI Enablement  Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Technical Data & AI Enablement Analyst, you will be part of a smart, collaborative team focused on modernizing how Intuit's legal function leverages data, automation, and AI. In this role you will work closely with legal operations, counsel, engineering, and other internal stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities where data insights and AI-powered tools can make legal and compliance workflows faster, smarter, and more efficient. You will help evaluate, implement, and optimize AI and technology solutions, build reporting and dashboards that surface actionable insights, and drive business requirements and process improvements across the legal organization. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting that give LCPO (Legal, Compliance & Policy Org) stakeholders real-time visibility into portfolio health, initiative progress, tool adoption, workflow performance, and capacity.
  • Track success metrics and anchor metrics across LCPO strategic initiatives - including AI-assisted reviews, contract lifecycle management, workflow enablement, and the Knowledge Management System - so every workstream has trackable, data-backed outcomes.
  • Contribute to the LCPO Data Lake ecosystem by building and monitoring data pipelines, supporting usage tracking and governance, and coordinating with FLP Tech (Finance, Legal & Privacy Tech) data engineers on requirements.
  • Support and scale AI enablement across LCPO workflows, helping evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools (e.g., AI-assisted review, agentic AI, and AI assistants embedded in team support channels).
  • Replace manual, repetitive reporting with automated, bot-driven reports and pipelines, reducing turnaround from days to minutes.
  • Conduct ad hoc and structured analyses to surface bottlenecks, identify problem areas, and provide data-driven insights into current processes and decisions.
  • Support annual and FY planning cycles with clean, timely data on initiative performance, team activity, resource utilization, and capacity inputs.
  • Partner with product owners, architects, and data engineers to communicate data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Help enable and upskill other data analysts across the LCPO org, advocating alignment with LCPO data standards, governance, and self-serve analytics practices.
  • Drive business requirements and process improvements across legal workflows, leading change management for new tools and dashboards, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption tracking.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics or analytical role, ideally supporting a legal, compliance, operations, or comparable business function.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g.Tableau,Quicksight, Qliksense, Excel, Looker, or Google Sheets) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience  with the AWS suite (e.g., S3, SES, data lake services)  and cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines (BPP pipelines etc) and contributing to a data lake/warehouse ecosystem, including data pulls, quality, and governance.
  • Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows using GitHub (e.g., repositories, branching, pull requests).
  • Working knowledge of SQL (e.g., Databricks SQL, Athena, BigQuery) and comfort querying, joining, and transforming data from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and a demonstrated interest in applying them to make workflows faster and smarter (experience with agentic AI, LLM-based assistants, or workflow automation platforms such as Tonkean is a plus).
  • Strong ability to define and track success and anchor metrics, and to translate business questions into measurable analytical outputs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships cross-functionally and within the legal department, and to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Focus on understanding client context and working collaboratively with key partners to drive relevant, impactful solutions.
  • Superior project and time-management skills, including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven history of taking initiative, working independently, and proactively identifying areas of need and generating recommended action plans.
  • Proven Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated willingness to dive into new areas.
