Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families via telehealth platforms, ensuring personalized support and guidance.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' psychological and emotional needs, leading to the creation of tailored treatment plans.
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to assist clients in reaching their goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to create holistic care solutions for clients.
  • Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering peer support and community building among participants.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Expertise in diagnostic assessments and the development of effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
