Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families via telehealth platforms, ensuring personalized support and guidance.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' psychological and emotional needs, leading to the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to assist clients in reaching their goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to create holistic care solutions for clients.
• Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering peer support and community building among participants.

Our clients range from children to seniors, each presenting with unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As an LMFT at Mindful Retreat, you will have the chance to work with a diverse clientele, helping them navigate emotional complexities and implement lasting positive changes in their lives. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing clinical therapy in a mental health setting.
• Expertise in diagnostic assessments and the development of effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse population of clients.
• Deep commitment to cultural competence, ethical practices, and social justice principles.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with digital documentation systems are highly desirable. Applicants with training in evidence-based therapies or specialized modalities such as trauma-informed care will be given preference as we prioritize comprehensive care approaches that align with best practices in the field.
