We're looking for a Construction Project Engineer to join our team in a hands-on, high-impact role supporting projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their construction career who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a team that will invest in their growth.

You'll have the support of experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, gaining firsthand experience in how projects actually get built-while contributing meaningfully from day one.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams across all phases of construction
  • Assist with permitting, bid coordination, subcontract management, and cost tracking
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, schedules, reports)
  • Coordinate with field teams and participate in site walks to monitor progress and identify issues
  • Assist with budgeting, change orders, invoicing, and project financial tracking
  • Support safety planning and help maintain a strong safety-first culture
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and design partners
  • Contribute wherever needed-this role requires a team-first, hands-on approach
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred: Internship or field experience, familiarity with Procore, OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain)

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Typically 40 hours/week with occasional overtime
  • Occasional early mornings, evenings, or rare weekends depending on project needs
