Description
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements list below are representative of the knowledge, education, skills and abilities required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Stage golf carts daily and ensure all carts are clean, charged, and ready for use.
  • Clean, maintain, and secure golf carts throughout the day and at closing.
  • Monitor cart battery condition and overall cart functionality.
  • Maintain the cart barn and outside service areas to ensure a safe, organized, and professional environment.
  • Maintain driving range; monitoring range ball supply and condition, picking and cleaning range balls as needed and keeping range picker in good condition.
  • Assist golfers with cart assignments and basic course orientation as needed
  • Maintain trash receptacles, ball washers, and water stations throughout the course.
  • Refill water coolers and restock cups as needed.
  • Clean and organize rental club sets, ensuring all clubs are accounted for.
  • Report cart or operational issues to the Golf Shop Manager or supervisor.

Multi-screen desktop computer, multi-line telephone, headset, and other general office equipment (including but not limited to fax machine, copy machine, printer, etc.)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Tasks may involve extended periods at a keyboard or work station.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primarily outdoors with occasional interaction inside the pro shop. Exposure to all kinds of weather conditions including hot, cold, humid, rainy, and windy conditions. The noise level ranges from quiet to moderate.
