Senior Auto Defense Attorney (Remote – California)

Mission Recruiting is representing a dynamic auto defense litigation firm with a robust trial practice, high-volume caseload, and an exceptional support system for attorneys who are licensed and reside in California. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where attorneys are empowered to manage their cases independently while receiving ongoing guidance and clear opportunities for advancement.

Senior Auto Defense Attorney

This position is ideal for an experienced litigator with a strong background in auto liability, personal injury defense, or civil defense litigation who enjoys taking ownership of cases from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from intake through trial and post-trial proceedings.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategy.
  • Conduct trials, mediations, depositions, hearings, and other key litigation events.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative legal team.
  • Work closely with firm leadership in a fully remote environment.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000–$220,000, depending on experience.
