Work EnvironmentThis role is set in a fully remote environment, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. Our team members enjoy a flexible work schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. While the standard work hours are primarily during the week, occasional evening or weekend sessions may be necessary to address client needs effectively. Our digital practice is equipped with state-of-the-art tools that facilitate smooth communication and secure client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, including initial intake interviews and ongoing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
- Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions to assist clients in their healing journeys.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Participate actively in clinical supervision, case conferences, and opportunities for professional development to continually refine skills and knowledge.

Qualifications- A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington.

- Demonstrable proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients from various backgrounds and demographics.
- A strong commitment to ethical principles and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Experience working in a telehealth capacity, comfortable using digital platforms for client engagement and treatment.
- Knowledge of community resources and support systems to assist clients in their recovery and growth.
- Background in substance abuse treatment and dual diagnosis approaches is highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates. Our benefits package includes:
