About the Role
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the product requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Your expertise will guide the creation of automated and manual tests to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
In this role, you will mentor junior QA engineers, provide insights on best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. If you are passionate about quality, have a keen attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and provide feedback on design and functionality.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and testing techniques.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure software stability after enhancements.
  • Utilize test automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
