RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and support project teams through all phases of execution, from planning to close-out, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines. Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost-control efforts to ensure financial objectives are met. Identify potential risks and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Manage client expectations and respond effectively to change requests or scope adjustments. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while upholding quality and safety standards. Prepare and present regular project status updates for internal and external stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience in project management within the electrical mechanical, plumbing, contracting. Bachelors in Construction Management and technology or related degree, preferred. Demonstrated experience assisting with electrical projects ranging from $1M to $10M. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and roles. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar). Solid knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
