Most projects range from several weeks to a few months in duration, with typical project values between $100K-$500K.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management, contracting, facilities projects, or related field
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • General construction knowledge across trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and site work
  • Understanding of municipal or public-sector projects is a strong plus
  • OSHA 30 Certification
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools
  • Scheduling software such as MS Project
  • CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Additional Information
  • Primarily based out of the Southfield/Detroit headquarters office
  • Occasional travel to project sites throughout Michigan
