Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a VP, Relationship Management to join our Relationship Management Team. This is one of the most critical roles within the firm — serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for our Network Partner firms. The VP will be responsible for managing and deepening client relationships, driving profitability, and acting as a true business partner to firm leadership.


Requirements:


Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Dynasty Network Partner firms.
  • Ensure clients receive timely, high-quality responses to all inquiries.
  • Act as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer (OCOO), enabling firm principals to stay focused on growth.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to address a wide variety of client situations.

Strategic Advisory

  • Partner with firm principals to design and implement business plans aligned with their growth objectives.
  • Assist in evaluating and optimizing RIA internal team structures.
  • Provide ongoing, candid feedback on business model effectiveness with a specific focus on client development and retention.

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects to clear milestones and timelines.
  • Synthesize information from various parties and deliver clear, concise communication to clients and Dynasty senior leadership.

Travel

  • Expected travel of 40–60% to visit Network Partners and attend industry events.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Wealth Management — Direct experience as an advisor, manager, or in a support role, with deep knowledge of the operations and client relationships involved in running a wealth management firm.

• Practice Management — Demonstrated ability to work with advisors and firm leaders to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Management Consulting — Experience diagnosing business challenges and delivering structured, actionable recommendations.

• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation delivery.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Collaborative team player with a willingness to contribute beyond defined responsibilities.
