Location: SC Village Paintball and Airsoft Park Chino// 8900 McCarty rd. Chino CA 91710
Department: Field Operations
Employment Type: Part-Time / Weekend
Pay: $16.90 per hour
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Referees. Referees are responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and fair experience for all guests during paintball and airsoft games. No prior experience is required-we provide training.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Safety
  • Brief players on safety rules and game instructions before each match
  • Enforce all safety rules and park policies at all times
  • Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and safe conduct
  • Respond quickly and professionally to safety concerns or rule violations

Game & Field Operations
  • Organize and manage groups of players on the field
  • Start, stop, and supervise games
  • Check and maintain field equipment (markers, masks, props, boundaries)
  • Assist with basic equipment issues and direct customers to Rentals when needed

Team & Park Support
  • Work closely with cashiers, rentals staff, and managers
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers
  • Help with general park duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with groups
  • Strong attention to safety and rules
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be active outdoors for extended periods

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Customer service or teamwork experience
  • Interest in paintball, airsoft, or sports

Work Environment
  • Outdoor field environment in varying weather conditions
  • Physically active role involving walking, standing, and light lifting
