We are a well-established Air Pollution Control Company seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be the face and voice of our company. 
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees and department managers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, creating and maintaining reports, organize meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 
Responsibilities 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings
  • Write emails and draft letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Accounts payable / Accounts receivable 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in an office setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
