ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tyler Miers - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Answer incoming calls from prospects and customers professionally and connect with appropriate team member.
  • Handle form processing for customers.
  • Take payments and understand billing questions.
  • Assist team with mail out to prospects and customers including quotes and referral program
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Support the agent with various administrative tasks and projects, such as email management, calendar management, and appointment follow up and assistance
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
