Volt is immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in Broken Arrow, OK.
As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will:
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Direct visitors and ensure they have proper credentials before entering building
  • Administrative support including calendaring, schedule conference rooms, and general administrative duties
  • Assist with creating purchase orders, processing invoices and other department support as needed

This is a full-time temporary 1-year role with potential to go temp to hire at any time. The role will eventually move to their office in Claremore, OK in 6 - 12 months.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2 - 3 years specific Receptionist / Admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A verifiable high school diploma
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements (drug test, background check)

Pay Rate*: $ 18.00-$20.00 Per Hour DOE
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
