We are seeking an accomplished senior-level Closing Attorney to lead and grow a real estate closing office in the Triangle area. This is a management-level role for a proven professional who has in depth closing expertise with strong leadership and business development skills.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of real estate closing experience, a portable book of business, and a demonstrated ability to generate and expand closing volume. This role requires excellent client-facing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage people, processes, and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of a real estate closing office
Handle residential and commercial closings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, lenders, and clients
Lead, mentor, and manage staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client service
Qualifications
Juris Doctor and active North Carolina bar license
Minimum of 5 years of real estate closing experience
Established, portable book of business
Proven business development capability
Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
