What You'll Do

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for residents of the apartment community. This role supports resident satisfaction by transporting residents to designated locations, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle, and delivering superior customer service that reflects the company’s standards and values. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the community shuttle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies. 
  • Transport residents to and from approved destinations on scheduled routes. 
  • Assist residents with boarding and exiting the shuttle as needed. 
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure operational safety. 
  • Report maintenance issues, accidents, traffic violations, or safety concerns immediately to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle, both interior and exterior. 

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Valid CDL-A or B with passenger endorsement and up to date DOT Medical Certification required.  
  • Good driving record and proof of insurance required. 
  • 1+ years of experience in transportation preferred. 
  • Prior experience in the property management industry preferred.
