As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to empower these children through evidence-based therapy.
About the Role:
Provide ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client progress to support treatment goals
Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and progress
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with ASD
Implement behavioral skills training, social skills training, and play-based interventions
Utilize behavioral data to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in supervision and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
