We are seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and luxury service.

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays an important role in the day-to-day success of the Food & Beverage operation, partnering with department leaders to ensure outstanding guest experiences, colleague engagement, and operational excellence across our dining venues and events.

This hands-on leadership role assists with daily operations, supports and develops team members, maintains service and cleanliness standards, and helps drive departmental goals related to guest satisfaction, financial performance, and colleague development. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading by example while creating memorable experiences for both guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

  • Assist with the daily operation of Food & Beverage venues and events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to luxury service standards.
  • Support, coach, and motivate colleagues through hands-on leadership, training, and ongoing development.
  • Partner with Culinary, Facilities, Sales, and Special Events teams to ensure seamless execution of dining and event operations.
  • Respond to guest concerns and feedback, helping to drive continuous improvement in service and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and maintaining departmental service standards.
  • Support labor management, inventory control, scheduling, and other operational and financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and Canyon Ranch standards.
  • Lead by example on the floor, fostering a positive team culture and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Experience: 1+ years F&B Leadership Role in Luxury/WellnessHospitality environment. Hospitality, resort, or hotel experience preferred. Experience withMicros systems preferred
  • Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
  • Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
  • Certifications: ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
