We are hiring a Seasonal, Full-Time Front-of-House Supervisor for our Roberts Pub restaurant, starting in May. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong restaurant experience who enjoys leading a team and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, communicates clearly and professionally, promotes teamwork, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


What Youll Do:

Support daily front-of-house operations and ensure a high level of service

Lead by example and assist in guiding and supporting the FOH team

Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Address guest needs and resolve concerns in a professional manner

Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to maintain service standards


What Were Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to guest service and team success

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


Compensation & Details:

Starting at $24.50/hour, based on experience

Full-time, seasonal position beginning in May and running through the summer season

Potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs
