Job description

Summary:This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a career that's both meaningful and impactful. You'll support the people in your county by accurately handling and processing essential information. If you have at least two years' experience in an office environment and approach your work with compassion and attention to detail, this could be a rewarding next step for you.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to general questions
Assist applicants with paperwork in-office or at an outreach site
Answer client and vendor questions regarding program eligibility and similar
Review completed forms to verify all necessary information has been entered
Follow up with applicants, contact vendors, and respond to correspondence
Qualifications:Willingness and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and business reps
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
