Job description

QTI is partnering with a well-established, growing technology organization in the fleet services and compliance space to hire Client Service Representatives for their Madison office. This role plays a key part in supporting customers, ensuring compliance accuracy, and delivering a high-quality service experience. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and detail-oriented work in a collaborative environment.
This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite with a business-casual dress code. The team environment is collaborative and supportive, offering hands-on training, shadowing, and a strong focus on development and internal growth opportunities.
The position starts at $20/hour, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to client communications.
Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers.
Research, address, and resolve client questions, issues, and concerns.
Maintain accurate client records and perform data validation to ensure compliance accuracy.
Coach clients on the use of internal platforms and tools.
Stay current on procedures, regulations, and internal processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information (PII).
Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Maintain consistent onsite attendance during business hours.
Qualifications:High school diploma required.
1+ year of customer service or office-based experience required.
Backgrounds in customer service, administrative support, healthcare, hospitality, or data entry are welcomed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively with diverse personalities.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and regulations.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and desire for growth.
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
