Job Description
Recruiting coverage of designated accounts throughout the U.S.
• Receipt and process management of VMO clients
• Develop and distribute e-mail/phone marketing/ recruiting campaigns
• General assistance to Recruiting Managers
• Candidate "Push" marketing to appropriate accounts
• Contract and administrative responsibilities as needed
• Maintain the integrity of client files
• Assist in the preparation, distribution and filing of requests for proposals (RFP's) and applicable quarterly reports as they apply to specific clients
• Run Monday morning reports in preparation for meeting
• Make necessary corrections to the open requisition report and follow up for redistribution to group
• Supply clients with certificates of insurance upon request
• Prepare and distribute mass mailings quarterly, to boost interest in company and for special events
• Distribute marketing packets to various clients
• Assist in preparation of conference events (ITUG, etc.)
• Assist Marketing/Sales Team with other administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
1-2 years experience preferred but not required
