Assistant Property Manager/Office Manager

Cleveland, OH

Montlack Management is a family-owned property management company that has been operating for over 80 years. We pride ourselves on providing attentive, reliable service while maintaining strong relationships with our residents and communities.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager/Office Manager to support our property management company. This in-office role will assist with administrative office operations, bookkeeping, tenant communication, vendor coordination, and day-to-day property management support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, communicate effectively, and adapt to best practices.

• PAY: $23-$25 per hour

• Phone reimbursement

• Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to tenants, vendors, and team members

• Perform administrative office duties, including bookkeeping, data input, filing, and record maintenance

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Dispatch, schedule, and coordinate service calls as needed

• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships

• Maintain accurate and organized files, reports, and office records

• Escalate and assist with resolving tenant concerns and complaints

Qualifications:

• Administrative office experience preferred

• Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and data entry
