Job Summary

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead product development and cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch, with an emphasis on speed‑to‑market delivery. This role manages fast‑track projects, including Amazon‑only items, bundles, re‑skins, master packs, packaging updates, and other initiatives that support brand growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying risks early, challenging assumptions, and escalating issues appropriately to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Functions
  • Own end-to-end execution of operational projects from approved concepts through launch.
  • Actively drive progress by gathering updates, validating assumptions, and confirming readiness across cross‑functional teams.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and dependencies across functions.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and capacity issues early, present clear recommendations and decision options.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for cross‑functional handoffs, decisions and follow‑through.
  • Ensure project requirements, materials, inventory, packaging, and operational readiness are aligned before customer commitments are finalized.
  • Prepare clear project communications that highlight progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
  • Partner closely with Amazon Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to align development timelines with launch strategies and customer commitments.
  • Confidently escal…y when progress stalls, decisions lag, or commitments are at risk.
  • Manage multiple project types including Amazon‑only launches, bundles, re‑skins, master packs, and market adaptions.
Job Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of project management experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting Amazon, e‑commerce, retail, or customer-specific product launches preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred, with proven track record of driving complex, cross‑functional projects for on‑time delivery.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues, challenge assumptions, and push for resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing detailed, interdependent work.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to interpret and communicate data clearly.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to move objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.
