Job description

Our client in the construction industry is seeking to hire a full time Assistant Project Manager. The business is well established for almost 3 decades and the administrative office is located in Bohemia (Suffolk county).


The candidate must have experience in construction for fire sprinkler. In the position you will be involved in compiling submittals by reviewing plans, determining and/or gathering information for the project scope of work, attending periodic field and /or client meetings, Department of Buildings and Authorities having Jurisdiction.

Required Skills for Assistant Project Manager Position:
Experience managing multiple projects
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel required

Willingness to obtain necessary job certifications if needed (to be paid for by company)
Strong communication skills

Strong Multitask skills

Salary is based upon experience but the target is $45k-60k and a benefits package.
