Business Support Coordinator / Project Coordinator
Location: Providence, RI 02903 (Hybrid/Flexible – 4 Days or Less In Office)
Pay Rate: $32.00/hr W2 without benefits.
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel Requirement: Approximately 25% Travel (Rhode Island and occasional Massachusetts travel)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to support business operations, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event support, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Business Support & Coordination
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the business area.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Assist with budgeting activities, tracking expenses, and reporting.
  • Prepare business materials, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement

Stakeholder Engagement
