Position: Project Manager – Hospitality Technology
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)
Type: Contract (6 Months+)

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of small-to-mid-sized initiatives within a premier hospitality environment. This role will act as a generalist PM, driving projects across multiple business areas including guest services, marketing technology, and operational systems.
The ideal candidate is highly polished, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role requires someone local to Las Vegas, comfortable working onsite and navigating a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
  • Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously across hospitality operations and technology teams
  • Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, timelines, risk management, and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between IT, marketing, operations, and vendor partners
Business & Systems Integration
  • Support integration initiatives involving guest systems, travel/booking platforms, and automated communication tools (e.g., email/SMS campaigns)
  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Ensure seamless alignment between technical solutions and business needs
Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Provide regular status reporting, risk updates, and executive-level summaries
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when working with leadership and guest-facing teams
Operational Support & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and enhance guest experience through technology
  • Assist with change management and adoption of new tools or processes
  • Ensure projects align with overall business goals and operational standards

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within hospitality, gaming, or service-driven environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Experience supporting system integrations, marketing technology, or guest-facing platforms
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly professional, polished, and comfortable working with executive teams
  • Must be local to Las Vegas and available for onsite work

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, CRM tools, or booking/reservation platforms
  • Exposure to email automation platforms, customer engagement tools, or digital guest experiences
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
