Project Administrator


Location: Greater Danbury, CT Area

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (flexible start time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM)

Our client, a well-established construction company in the Greater Danbury area, is seeking a Project Administrator to support its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership.

  • Assist with contract administration and project documentation.

  • Maintain project files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.

  • Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, and internal departments.

  • Support the project payment and approval process.

  • Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.

  • Monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

  • Reliable with a stable work history and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
