As the Assistant Director Engineer you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing facility and management functions to facilities team members, outside contractors, and vendors.

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+years supervisory experience
  • 3+years related experience in facilities maintenance, or related field
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification.
  • OSHA 30
