We are seeking an experienced and dependable healthcare professional to join our team as a CNA Program Coordinator for a growing Nurse Aide Training Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nursing or healthcare education professional seeking a flexible, meaningful role with the ability to help build and guide a high-quality training program.
This position is ideal for a mature professional, semi-retired or retired nurse educator, former Director of Nursing, healthcare instructor, or compliance-focused clinical leader who values flexibility, professionalism, and making a difference in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the CNA training program
  • Ensure compliance with state, DOE, DOL, and regulatory requirements
