Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Special Projects Office (SPO), in Arlington, VA. The Program Analyst II will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support activities associated with Strategic Explorations and Special Programs initiatives supporting advanced research and development (R&D) programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support program coordination, operational tracking, and analytical activities for DARPA SPO leadership and Program Managers
  • Track action items, taskers, milestones, and operational deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Prepare reports, briefings, meeting materials, trackers, and program documentation
  • Assist with operational planning, stakeholder coordination, and program execution support activities
  • Support meeting coordination, action tracking, and communication activities across classified and unclassified environments
  • Maintain organized program documentation, records, and tracking systems
  • Assist with development of reports, presentations, and operational summaries for leadership review
  • Support rapidly evolving priorities and short-turnaround operational requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience
  • Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
  • Experience supporting program analysis, operational support, or program coordination activities within a DoD or Federal Government environment
  • Experience supporting task management, milestone tracking, reporting, or operational coordination activities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within deadline-driven operational environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work within classified and unclassified environments
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous DARPA, DoD HQ, or SETA support experience
  • Experience supporting research and development (R&D) programs
  • Familiarity with Government collaboration tools, repositories, and tracking systems
