Position: Physical Therapist Assistant - Geriatric

Salary Range: $29-$34 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our geriatric patients. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence. This position offers a competitive salary and a fulfilling work schedule with the opportunity for weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
