The Program Administrator plays an essential role inย client-centered care within a residential setting. CATEGORY OF DUTIES:ย
- Servesย as a welcoming point of contact for visitors arriving at the NH site and manages the organization and readiness of all CA offices and client spaces.ย
- Phone coverage and initial contact for callersย of mainย office line.ย
- Manages the mail distribution system, including tracking andย timelyย delivery to clients and therapists.ย
- Serve as an administrator and auditor forย appropriate departmentalย reporting needs such as incident reports, daily notes,ย andย management supervision forms,ย uploading files, keeping them up to date, and keeping internal stakeholders informed.ย
- Manages the campus laundry system, ensuring organization and accessibility for clients and staff.ย
- Auditsย employee trainingย system and ensuresย timelyย completion of training.ย ย
- Manages the dorm search record and ensuresย timelyย and regular searches of client spaces and belongings.ย ย
- Manages staff schedules, staffing spreadsheets, and monthly schedules.ย ย
- Ensures that all program items related to intake and discharge are completedย in a timely manner.ย ย
- Manage and track all client belonging systems including lost belongings, hold items, luggage, and secured belongings, ensuring proper documentation and storage.ย
- Assistsย with payroll and stipend processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.ย
- Attend leadership meetings and record minutes, ifย required.ย
- Performย additionalย duties and special projects,ย as assignedย
ย
QUALIFICATIONS:ย
- High Schoolย diplomaย required.ย Bachelor's degreeย preferred.ย
- 3 years'ย experience in an administrative, operational, or executive support role.ย ย
- Experience working in residential or intensive outpatient treatment centerย preferred.ย
- Education,ย training, or work/volunteer experience with adolescents.ย
- Strong communication, organization, problemย solvingย and teamwork skills.ย
- Strong project tracking, coordination, and accountability skills.ย
- Proficiencyย in MS Office systems.ย
- Abilityย to lift, carry, push, and/or pull weight up to 50 lbs.ย
- CPI Certification or applicable Crisisย Training/Education.ย ย
- Current CPR/First Aid Certifications, Water Safety Certification.ย
