Job Summary
Xavier University of Louisiana is accepting applications for the position of Program Administrator. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Xavier University of Louisiana's Mobile Outreach for Laboratory Enrichment (XULA-MOLE) project and auxiliary projects.
The administrators' responsibilities will include budget monitoring, development of media and marketing strategies including social media, and communication and coordination with all stakeholders including teachers, high schools & XULA students and program leadership. AA/EOE
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with the development, implementation and coordination of activities and projects associated with Xavier University of Louisiana XULA MOLE Program.
- Assist with input of requisitions for the purchase of supplies and equipment, and follow-up with purchase orders, invoices and deliveries; Input personnel action forms; maintain a filing system. Provide assistance and oversight with the budget.
- Assist with coordination of logistics for meetings and annual conferences.
- Provide administrative support for reporting requirements.
- Assist in collection of evaluation data.
- Assist in communication with, and organization of meetings of the External and Internal Advisory Committees, Management Team.
- Assist in communication and organization of meetings with the other members of the XULA-MOLE team
- Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the XULA-MOLE project, including but not limited to: developing project reports; coordinating activities with university offices including lTC, Fiscal Services, and Human Resources and all stakeholders such as XULA students, teachers and PI and co-PI.
