The Human Resources Generalist will support daily HR operations within a manufacturing environment and serve as a trusted partner to plant leadership and employees. This role will provide hands‐on support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and HR initiatives while partnering with operations to support business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting hourly manufacturing employees, building relationships with leaders and employees, and driving effective HR processes in a fast‐paced production environment. Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and leaders within the manufacturing facility Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational goals Manage employee relations activities including investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective action Support recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Lead new hire onboarding and ensure a positive employee experience Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS activities Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development Guide leaders on company policies, procedures, and employment practices Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Assist with training initiatives, employee development programs, and engagement activities Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support business decisions Partner with payroll, benefits, and safety teams to resolve employee needs Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function and manufacturing operation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience supporting hourly employees in a plant setting Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and employment laws Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Strong communication and relationship‐building skills Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience Experience supporting a manufacturing plant environment Labor relations or union experience HRIS experience Experience using HR metrics and reporting to drive decisions Safety and compliance experience Key Success Factors Builds strong relationships with employees and leadership Provides timely HR support and solutions Maintains confidentiality and professionalism Creates a positive employee experiencePartners with operations to improve engagement, retention, and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
