Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Create a welcoming and efficient HR office by providing timely and professional support to associates, guests, and candidates.
  • Assist the HR leader and hiring managers with recruitment processes, ensuring consistency with established guidelines.
  • Support payroll processing activities to ensure associates are paid accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employment records and compliance documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate HRIS reporting and support employee engagement through recognition programs and initiatives.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous HR or administrative experience, which ensures you can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service background, key for delivering exceptional support to associates and candidates.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage data, documents, and presentations.
  • Bilingual skills preferred, allowing for better communication and inclusion at diverse properties.
  • Hospitality or recruiting experience is a plus, helping you better understand and support hotel operations and hiring needs.
